These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of personal coaching services ("Services") by [May-Tal] ("Coach," "I," or "me") to individuals ("Clients" or "you"). By engaging in the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.
Coaching Relationship
a. Scope: The Services provided by the Coach are intended to facilitate personal development, goal-setting, and empowerment. The Coach will work with you to identify and achieve your objectives, but please note that coaching is not therapy or counseling. If you require therapeutic interventions, please consult with a licensed mental health professional.
b. Professionalism: The Coach will conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain client confidentiality, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Client Responsibilities
a. Commitment: Clients are expected to actively participate in the coaching process, set clear goals, and engage in open and honest communication with the Coach.
b. Cooperation: To achieve the best results, Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, as well as to promptly respond to requests for feedback or additional information.
c. Self-Responsibility: Clients understand that the Coach's role is to provide guidance and support, but ultimate responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes rests with the Client.
Payment and Refunds
a. Fees: The fees for the Services will be communicated and agreed upon between the Coach and the Client. Payment terms, including frequency and method of payment, will be outlined in the specific agreement or invoice provided by the Coach.

a. Confidentiality: Confidentiality and Privacy. The Coach will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the Client, except where disclosure is required by law or when there is a potential risk of harm to the Client or others.
b. Privacy: The Coach will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please review the Privacy Policy for further details on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All materials, resources, and intellectual property shared by the Coach during the Services remain the property of the Coach. Clients may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without the Coach's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or the use of any information or materials provided by the Coach.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
